We are aware of the intermittent latency issues in our Dallas TX location and we are working with the data center to try and isolate and resolve the issues. When experiencing an issue, we would appreciate it if you run either a trace route or get an MTR report for at least 100 packets and submit the results in a support ticket.
If no resolution is found within the next couple of days, we will begin to focus effort on moving to our backup network/host. We appreciate your patience and understanding, thank you!
